    What is Xtend Tk?

    What is Xtend TK?

Xtend TK a unique patented form of ‘bio-active’ keratin and is a new innovation anti aging ingredient found from sheep wool in New Zealand. This new ingredient is so powerful,
it’s nickname is called “liquid skin”. This new ingredient pricey, therefore, major name brand companies are not using this product
as they are spending their money on marketing dollars and celebrity endorsements. Xtend Life uses this ingredient in all their
skin care products. Rather than wasting money on big name celebrities to say they are using their products, they are investing their
dollars into top quality products that actually work!

So what exactly is Xtend TK? You probably have heard of keratin. Keratin is a protein found in the body which helps to keep our
skin firm and elastic and gives the skin its strength and flexibility.

    • The addition of Xtend TK to a basic cream results in a significant increase in hydration and elasticity, with results being evident at the first point tested (2 hr) and continuing for at least 24 hours
    • Reduces fine lines and wrinkles
    • Promotes firmness and elasticity in the skin
    • Reduces redness associated with inflammation or sensitive skin
    • Improves the brightness and radiance of the skin, giving your face a more even, creamy complexion

Why has it been nicknamed Liquid Skin?

Very similar to the basic protein found in human skin, which in turn means it’s POWERFULLY EFFECTIVE in rejeventating the skin’s eleasticity. Xtend TK will reduce the appearance of wrinkles by forming an invisible layer over the surface of your skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wringkles. The invisible film also refracts light, so your skin appears smoother than it actually is!

Restore your skins collagen and elasticity
Xtend TK stimulates your skin to regenerate it’s own collagen. As you get older, your skin looses it’s collagen and elasticity which is the reason behind the wrinkles and sagging skin. You cannot simply apply products to your skin
that contain collagen. The molecule is too large to be absorbed by the skin. Yet, you see many large name companies using collagen as an ingredient. Xtend TK is proven in clinical trials to stimulate not only the regrowth of collagen but also another vital skin protein, elastin. As your collagen and elastin levels increase, your wrinkles will slowly but surely disappear … and your skin will regain a youthful glow!

    Production of New Skin Cells
The product contains low concentrations zinc protein complexes which are useful for both the repair and maintenance of the skin, and copper protein complexes which play a vital role in skin health.

Both zinc and copper, when bound to a protein, have been shown to be very effective in regenerating new tissue, as well as increasing the synthesis of collagen and elastin. Increased thickness of the outer layer of the skin, results in a reduction of fine lines and reduction in the depth of wrinkles.

    proliferation of skin cells

    How long to see results?

Studies show a sustained 14% improvement in skin moisture retention over 18 days. They also show a sustained improvement in skin elasticity of 42% over 18 days

    Antioxidants

UV exposure and pollutants in the air can cause oxidative stress, aging your skin more quickly. By fighting free radicals, your skin can overcome the effects of oxidative stress with antioxidants. Xtend TK is a new type of enzymatic antioxidant, as well as naturally stimulating your bodys own antioxidants. Just one molecule of these powerful Xtend TK antioxidants can quench millions of free radicals!
Cyenergy, kiwifruit and broccoli anitoxidant activity

    A brighter complexion

Xtend TK increases the production of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione. This helps reverse brown pigmentation in the skin caused by UV exposure and environmental pollutants. The major biochemical pathway leading to inflammation and redness in the skin, called PGE2 production, is blocked by Xtend TK. This inflammation will lead to a further breakdown of important structural protein in the skin if left unchecked.
    cynergy inhibits prostaglandin E2 production

Xtend Life uses Xtend TK in their anti aging products and this is the only skincare line I personally use. I love the ingredients and the effects it has on my skin. Try them out, they have a money back guarantee so you have nothing to loose. Please submit your personal reviews to me and I’ll publish them on my blog.

Oil Free Anti Aging Facial Moisturizer: How to Find The Best Product

When searching for the best oil free anti-aging facial moisturizer, you will want to pay attention to the ingredients on the label. The reason is that not all oils are bad for your skin, but many commonly used ingredients are. You will want a product that is non pore-clogging, or “non-comedogenic”, as it is called. Certain natural oils are actually wonderful for your face as a moisturizer, even if you are looking for something that is oil free because you are battling acne, rosacea, or oily skin in general. In fact, just because you suffer from one of these conditions doesn’t mean you don’t need some of the anti aging and anti inflammatory properties of a good moisturizer product. You just have to understand what to look for.

First of all, you will want to avoid any oil that is petroleum based. Mineral oil or lanolin, for example, are known to cause breakouts in some people. Mineral oil is a common ingredient in many products because it is inexpensive, but it actually isn’t good for you. There are many superior natural moisturizers and emollients, especially for those looking for an oil free product.

One thing to look for is Babassu oil or wax, a very lightweight ingredient that is easily absorbed into the skin, without any pore-clogging activity. It comes from the Babassu palm from the Brazilian Amazon, and it has been used for centuries to soothe skin. It works great on oily complexions as a gentle moisturizer. This all natural ingredient has many wonderful benefits.

An excellent emollient is Maracuja passion fruit extract. It contains a natural essential fatty acid that revitalizes and restores a velvety soft complexion. It’s also known to regulate the production of oil or sebum. This is a great choice for an oil free product.

When it comes to anti aging moisturizers, you will also need some ingredients that both protect from further damage, as well as boost the growth of new collagen and elastin. These are the two proteins that are important for a youthful complexion, with firmer texture. Antioxidants battle free radical damage, which are responsible for wrinkles, age spots, and cellular damage that causes aging signs to appear. One of the best ingredients for regeneration of collagen and elastin is XtendTK, and one of the best potent natural antioxidant ingredients is Phytessence Wakame. For a dramatic anti wrinkle ingredient, look for Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10. All of these anti-aging moisturizer ingredients have been proven in scientific studies to reduce or reverse common signs of aging.

The next time you are shopping for an oil free anti-aging facial moisturizer, just read the label carefully. I prefer using all natural ingredients that are safe. Don’t avoid moisturizers and oils just because you have acne or oily skin, just be sure to get the right ingredients that will work for you.

Anti-Aging products and Acne prone skin (for men)?I am a 28-year-old asian guy who eoyjned acne-free beautiful skin when I was in my early teens ’til age 26. It all went downhill from there. Acne attacked my skin and now I look ugh’. Fortunately, with help from dermatologists my battles with it has stabilized though I still have acne scars and occassional acne on my oily skin. I’m getting older and I know by age 30 men should start using anti-aging products to combat skin aging. The problem is dermatologists forbid me from using any moisturizers (even those that are high-quality) and limits me with a facial wash and toner only (completely skipping step 3 of skin care). I admit it has done help, my acne problems have stabilized. But I’m worried about my skin not getting any anti-aging treatments and it’s showing signs already. This is quite a problem for me because all anti-aging products are all in moisturizer form (milk, gel, cream, mask, and emulsions) all things which I can’t use because my skin reacts to them negatively.

      Best Moisturizers for Dry Skin

Finding the best moisturizers for dry skin comes down to one thing: the product ingredients. Without the right ingredients, skin can get very dry and itchy. Your complexion can look tired, sallow and even more wrinkled than other skin types.

The best way to combat this and fight premature aging, looking tired and haggard is to use a really top quality face moisturizer which has a few very specific ingredients in the product. Don’t waste your time and money on highly advertised products that do not do what they say they will.

We can start by reviewing some of the common ingredients found in many moisturizers and then determine what it is you need to be looking for on the label. If you’ve ever spent a fortune on ineffective skin care products you’ll know that cost does not necessarily equal quality.

The secret to finding the best moisturizer for you is not to go out and buy the most well advertised, expensive product with a fancy bottle and label. Here is a little tip: just read the ingredients.

      Moisturizer Ingredients to Look For

Most moisturizers will have the basic emollients and skin conditioners. They might also contain humectants. This is a good thing if you have dry skin because humectants draw moisture into your skin.

Some common emollients include dimethicone, vitamin E, shea butter, aloe vera, and oils. Glycerin is the most commonly used humectant. When looking for a really good moisturizer for dry skin you should definitely expect to find one or more of these basic ingredients.

Avoid petroleum as it is greasy, seals the surface layer of skin, doesn’t add much moisture and can cause break outs due to blocked up pores.

Next, many modern skin care products will have a popular ingredient called hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is created as a natural substance in your body and as we grow older, our creation of this very important cell building acid slows down. That’s when we begin to get sagging, wrinkled skin.

When added to a moisturizer, hyaluronic acid allows the product to attract water, hydrate the skin and even plumps it up. In short, it fills in lines and reduces wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid also smoothes out your overall skin tone and maintains the elasticity of your skin.

The best moisturizers for dry skin will also add antioxidants such as vitamin A, E, C, Wakame, CoQ10, and Retin-A. There is a newer antioxidant that comes from Japanese sea kelp, called Phytessence Wakame. This antioxidant is unique in that it also inhibits the activity of hyaluronidase, an enzyme that actually breaks down hyaluronic acid in the skin. Put simply, it can prevent the loss of hyaluronic acid and slows down the aging process.

Using some of the modern scientific advances in skin care, the best moisturizers will also contain ingredients that can actually reverse again. You heard that right: there are now skin care products available that can reverse damaged skin and rebuild collagen and elastin. Most collagen products are added from a jar to the skin surface, but this adds little value. These new, modern ingredients work differently. They are absorbed down into the skin and stimulate the skin to generate it’s own elastin and collagen.

Xtend TK is one of the newest ingredients to offer this fantastic enhancement. Xtend TK has been scientifically proven to rejuvenate skin, stimulate production of new skin cells and trigger new collagen and elastin formation.

The Best Moisturizer for Dry Skin is…

So, in conclusion, the best moisturizers for dry skin will contain one or more ingredient from each category: emollients, humectants, and added ingredients to reverse skin damage and prevent wrinkles. For the best skin improvement, look for moisturizers with antioxidants such as CoQ10 and Phytessence Wakame. Also look for ingredients with skin rejuvenation properties like Xtend TK to rebuild collagen and elastin.

Now you know what to look for in a moisturizer for dry skin, you’ll be glowing, hydrated and looking awesome in no time!
